Me in Guadalajara 3 years ago. I had bottom surgery there. Pro-tip get some colorful medical tape to put around your catheter bag hose, and put it in a tote bag. I alternated between a Planned Parenthood and Lululemon tote bags. This was about 3.5 years HRT.
